• Note on textbook: The soft cover version of the textbook is available under ISBN 0201820544, while the hard cover version is available under ISBN 0201820545. Because the textbook is now only available through retailers (rather than also being available through wholesalers), and because the CU bookstore is not allowed to purchase from retailers, the CU bookstore only has a limited number of used copies of the textbook available at approximately $95 (based upon a new price of $127).
